COOKING TEAM BUILDING

 

Work in the kitchen is like in a company office where colleagues are motivated to spend time together and collaborate to create new business ideas. Tasks are divided in an harmonious way with new experiments and laughs.

REINFORCE THE TEAM IS THE MISSION 
Metaphorically kitchen represents the office environment, by drawing a parallel with methods, resources, organization and competences. 

DEVELOPMENT
There are various cooking team building activities:

 

CLASSIC
The group is divided into two or more small groups (depending on participants) as a real kitchen brigade. At each small group is assigned a partie (appetizer, first, second ...) to create a successful dinner. Dishes will be tasted at the end. 

CHALLENGE 
The group is divided into two or more teams (depending on participants) and them to prepare the same recipe: our chef and a possible panel of judges will give the competion result. Dishes will be tasted at the end.

CULTURAL
Group meets our nutritionist to improve a specific theme (vegetarian / vegan, raw food, gluten-free, lactose-free ...) and is then split into two or more mini-groups (depending on participants) that will cook dishes according to the theme addressed. Dishes will be tasted at the end.

GENIUS BOX
The group is divided into two or more small groups (depending on participants) and they recive a "mysterious box" with some ingredients to create a new dish. Our chef and a possible panel of judges will give the competion result. Dishes will be tasted at the end.

SOCIAL
To explore “Food Photography” and “Food Communication” themes, participants meet food blogger/food writers. After that the croup is divided into two or more small-groups (depending on participants) to cook dishes paying particular attention to food styling. Our chef and a possible panel of judges will give the competion resultDishes will be tasted at the end.


If you want to combine cooking team building with a sommellierie lesson, we should offer sommelier and teachers from the management course.
